The Alvin Yellowjackets baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Shadow Creek Sharks to 10 in the Yellowjackets league win on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now hold a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shadow Creek for a 6A Region III District 22 test on Friday, March 7. Alvin will play a Sharks team coming off a 12-10 league loss to Alvin (Alvin, TX). The Sharks record now stands at 7-4.

With the defeat, Shadow Creek drops to 7-4 on the year. The Sharks host Alvin (Alvin, TX) to play the Yellowjackets in a 6A Region III District 22 test on Friday, March 7.
