With the triumph, Martin County advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Gators host Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC) to battle the Hurricanes in a non-league match on Friday, March 7. The Hurricanes come into the match with a record of 0-3. Pamlico County lost 11-4 in their recent non-league match against Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC)

The Bruins now have a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rocky Mount for a non-league match on Thursday, March 6. Beddingfield will battle a Gryphons squad coming off a 18-9 non-league loss to Tarboro (Tarboro, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 1-2.
