Florida High School Baseball - Central defeats Weeki Wachee

The Central Bears baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Weeki Wachee Hornets to 2 in the Bears non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bears now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hudson for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 5. Central will clash with a Cobras team coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL). The Cobras record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Weeki Wachee drops to 3-5 on the year. The Hornets host Seven Rivers Christian (Lecanto, FL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 3-7. Seven Rivers Christian lost 7-4 in their recent non-league test against Lakeside Christian (Clearwater, FL)
