The Dale County Warriors (Midland City, AL) baseball got by the visiting Slocomb Red Tops (Slocomb, AL), 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Houston County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 6. Dale County will clash with a Lions team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Daleville (Daleville, AL). The Lions record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, Slocomb drops to 5-4 on the year. The Red tops travel to Headland (Headland, AL) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 6. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Headland won 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Rehobeth (Dothan, AL)
