The East Coweta Indians baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host McIntosh Chiefs to 2 in the Indians non-league win on Tuesday.
The Indians now hold a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Northgate for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. East Coweta will play a Vikings team coming off a 10-1 non-league loss to Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 8-4.
With the defeat, McIntosh drops to 2-7 on the year. The Chiefs host Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA) to play the War Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, March 7. The War Eagles go into the test with a record of 3-5. Landmark Christian lost 7-0 in their recent league test against Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA)
