In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Twiggs County Cobras baseball team scored a close 1-0 win over the Macon County Bulldogs.
The Cobras (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Treutlen (Soperton, GA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Treutlen nudged Hawkinsville (Hawkinsville, GA), 7-4, in a league game.
Next, the Bulldogs play the Monroe Golden Tornadoes (Albany, GA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 22. Macon County will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
