The North Pitt Panthers (Bethel, NC) baseball trounced the visiting North Edgecombe Warriors (Tarboro, NC), 24-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Holmes for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 6. North Pitt will clash with a Aces team coming off a 15-12 non-league win over Gates County (Gatesville, NC). The Aces record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, North Edgecombe drops to 0-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Southeast Halifax (Halifax, NC) to clash with the Trojans in a Tar Roanoke 1A challenge on Monday, March 10. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
