In Tuesday's non-league bout, the South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), by a score of 16-0.

Next up, the Sabres encounter the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 6. South Mecklenburg will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC).
