Florida High School Lacrosse - St. Edward's overwhelms Cardinal Newman

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host St. Edward's Pirates lacrosse squad scored a good 20-10 triumph over the Cardinal Newman Crusaders.
The Pirates (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hagerty (Oviedo, FL). The Huskies go into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Hagerty was overwhelmed by Bishop Moore (Orlando, FL), 14-11, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Crusaders meet the South Fork Bulldogs (Stuart, FL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 10. Cardinal Newman will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 16-11 non-league loss to Wellington (Wellington, FL).
