The Woodmont Wildcats lacrosse team (Piedmont, SC), was overwhelmed 11-4 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC)
With the victory, Mauldin advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Greenville (Greenville, SC) to encounter the Red Raiders in a 5A Upper District 1 battle on Thursday, March 6. The Red Raiders come into the battle with a record of 3-0. Greenville won 14-5 in their recent non-league battle against Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC)
The Wildcats now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillcrest for a 5A Upper District 1 battle on Friday, March 7. Woodmont will encounter a Rams team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Dorman (Roebuck, SC). The Rams record now stands at 0-3.
