Next up, the Golden Tornadoes confront the Dougherty Trojans (Albany, GA) in a 3A Area 1 battle, on Thursday, March 6. Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 0-6 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Sumter County (Americus, GA).
