Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX), 3-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Permian advances its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Frenship (Wolfforth, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 6A Region 1 District 2 test on Friday, March 7. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 9-4. Frenship lost 5-1 in their recent league test against Odessa (Odessa, TX)

The Rebels now have a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they host Midland for a 6A Region 1 District 2 test on Friday, March 7. Midland Legacy will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 league loss to San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-8.
