North Carolina High School Softball - Rocky Mount drops to Bunn

The Rocky Mount Gryphons softball squad (Rocky Mount, NC), was routed 23-4 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Bunn Wildcats (Bunn, NC)

With the triumph, Bunn improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Princeton (Princeton, NC) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 5. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 1-0. Princeton won 20-2 in their recent non-league contest against Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC)

The Gryphons now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they host SouthWest Edgecombe for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 6. Rocky Mount will face a Cougars squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
