The High Point Central Bison triumphed over the visiting Dudley Panthers softball squad by a count of 21-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Bison meet the Lexington Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 5. High Point Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 25-9 non-league loss to Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC).
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Western Guilford was routed by Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 26-1, in a league challenge.
