The Leilehua Mighty Mules softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Nanakuli Golden Hawks to 1 in the Mighty Mules league win on Tuesday.

The Mighty Mules now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kapolei for a Oahu I - West battle on Saturday, March 8. Leilehua will encounter a Hurricanes team coming off a 10-0 league win over Wai'anae (Wai'anae, HI). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Nanakuli moves to 0-1 on the season. The Golden hawks host Mililani (Mililani, HI) to encounter the Trojans in a Oahu I - West battle on Saturday, March 8. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 2-0. Mililani won 13-5 in their recent league battle against Campbell (Ewa Beach, HI)
