The Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) softball routed the visiting Saddleback Roadrunners (Santa Ana, CA), 18-8 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Century for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 6. Portola will encounter a Centurions team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Glenn (Norwalk, CA). The Centurions record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Saddleback moves to 0-5 on the season. The Roadrunners host Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league outing on Monday, March 10. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 3-2.
