Mississippi High School Baseball - Central Hinds Academy loses to Hartfield Academy

The Hartfield Academy Hawks the visiting Central Hinds Academy Cougars baseball team by a count of 7-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Hawks now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Jackson Prep for a non-league game on Thursday, March 24.
The Cougars (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Copiah Academy (Gallman, MS). The Colonels go into the MAIS AAAAA District 1 game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Copiah Academy was overwhelmed by Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS), 15-1, in a non-league game.
