The San Benito Greyhounds baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Donna Redskins to 4 in the Greyhounds non-league victory on Saturday.

The Greyhounds (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Los Fresnos (Los Fresnos, TX). The Falcons go into the 6A Region IV District 32 match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Los Fresnos was overwhelmed by Carroll (Corpus Christi, TX), 2-1, in a non-league bout.

Next, the Redskins face the Mission Veterans Memorial Patriots (Mission, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 8. Donna will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Patriots enter the bout with a 3-8 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX).
