In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Valley Christian Defenders volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Los Altos Conquerors.

The Defenders (8-0) will now prepare for their battle against San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA). The Matadors come into the non-league battle with a 6-0 record. In their last battle, San Gabriel achieved victory over Norwalk (Norwalk, CA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Conquerors clash with the Sierra Vista Dons (Baldwin Park, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 7. Los Altos will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Dons come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA).
