Alabama High School Softball - Faith Academy bounces Pike Road

The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Faith Academy Rams (Mobile, AL) and the visiting Pike Road Patriots (Pike Road, AL), saw Faith Academy's softball squad nip Pike Road by a count of 7-1.

The Rams now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gulf Shores for a non-league match on Monday, March 7. Faith Academy will face a Dolphins squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to Baldwin County (Bay Minette, AL). The Dolphins record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Pike Road falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Holtville (Deatsville, AL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 8. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 5-1. Holtville won 19-10 in their recent non-league match against Stanhope Elmore (Millbrook, AL)
