The Cougars now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Lewisburg for a non-league match on Saturday, March 5. Northwest Rankin will face a Patriots squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Center Hill (Olive Branch, MS). The Patriots record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Madison Central moves to 4-6 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Brandon (Brandon, MS) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 8. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 7-2. Brandon lost 10-2 in their recent non-league match against DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS)
