Nevada High School Softball - Mineral County knocked off by Silver Stage

March 5, 2022: Silver Springs, NV 89429

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV), by a margin of 11-0.

With the triumph, Silver Stage moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Nighthawks travel to Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV) to play the Longhorns in a 2A- Northern contest on Friday, March 18. The Longhorns come into the contest with a record of 1-1. Battle Mountain lost 9-2 in their recent non-league contest against Quincy (Quincy, CA)

In their next game, the Serpents play the Mammoth Huskies (Mammoth Lakes, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 15. Mineral County will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
