Texas High School Baseball - Sam Houston loses to MacArthur

The MacArthur Brahmas crushed the visiting Sam Houston Hurricanes baseball team by a count of 13-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Brahmas now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edison for a 5A Region IV District 27 bout on Friday, March 8. MacArthur will face a Golden Bears team coming off a 11-0 league win over Highlands (San Antonio, TX). The Golden Bears record now stands at 5-6.

The Hurricanes (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Brackenridge (San Antonio, TX). The Eagles go into the 5A Region IV District 27 game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Brackenridge was overwhelmed by Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX), 9-6, in a non-league game.
