In Tuesday's league test, the host Compton Tarbabes lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-8 victory over the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits.
The Tarbabes now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Woodrow Wilson for a Moore test on Tuesday, March 12. Compton will face a Bruins squad coming off a 5-2 league loss to Downey (Downey, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 3-3.
In their next game, the Jackrabbits face the Millikan Rams (Long Beach, CA) in a Moore test, on Thursday, March 14. Long Beach Poly will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
