North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), 16-7 in a league battle.

The Knights now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hickory for a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills battle on Thursday, March 7. North Lincoln will clash with a Red Tornadoes squad coming off a 17-4 league win over Watauga (Boone, NC). The Red Tornadoes record now stands at 2-1.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) in a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills battle, on Thursday, March 7. Asheville will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 19-0 league win over Patton (Morganton, NC).
