Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC), 17-4 in a league battle.

The Pride now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Davidson for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 7. Pine Lake Prep will clash with a Black Knights squad coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Grimsley (Greensboro, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 1-2.

In their next game, the Raptors clash with the Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) in a Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont battle, on Thursday, March 7. Mountain Island Charter will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Bears come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 6-6 non-league South Iredell (Statesville, NC).
