The Gilbert Indians soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Camden Bulldogs to 2 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Indians face the Orangeburg-Wilkinson Bruins (Orangeburg, SC) in a AAA Region 5 contest, on Friday, March 8. Gilbert will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bruins enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC).
The Bulldogs now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Batesburg-Leesville for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 7. Camden will face a Panthers team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 5-0.
