Shiloh Generals (Snellville, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Generals confront the Jackson County Panthers (Jefferson, GA) in a 6A Area 8 challenge, on Tuesday, March 12. Shiloh will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 2-1 league loss to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA).

The Longhorns now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jackson County for a 6A Area 8 challenge on Friday, March 8. Lanier will confront a Panthers team coming off a 6-2 league loss to Apalachee (Winder, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.
