The Warriors now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. David for a 1A South challenge on Monday, March 11. Baboquivari will face a Tigers squad coming off a 16-6 league win over Duncan (Duncan, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Maryvale Prep falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Matador travel to Mayer (Mayer, AZ) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 8. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. Mayer lost 14-0 in their recent league challenge against Anthem Prep (Anthem, AZ)
