The Palisades Pumas softball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting Berry Cardinal to 3 in the Pumas league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Palisades moves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Pumas host Myers Park (Charlotte, NC) to play the Mustangs in a So Meck 4A game on Thursday, March 7. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 2-0. Myers Park won 10-7 in their recent non-league game against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)

In their next game, the Cardinal face the South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) in a So Meck 4A challenge, on Thursday, March 7. Berry will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Sabres enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 15-0 league win over Olympic (Charlotte, NC).
