The Rockets now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crest for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 6. A.C. Reynolds will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, West Henderson drops to 2-3 on the year. The Falcons travel to East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a Mountain Seven 3A challenge on Friday, March 7. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. East Henderson lost 13-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Brevard (Brevard, NC)
