The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA) and the visiting West Hills Wolf Pack (Santee, CA), saw Coronado's baseball team gain a win over West Hills by a tally of 12-1.

The Islanders (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Santa Fe Christian was overwhelmed by El Capitan (Lakeside, CA), 5-4, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Wolf Pack face the University City Centurions (San Diego, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 7. West Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Centurions enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over La Jolla Country Day (La Jolla, CA).
