The Lakota East Thunderhawks basketball squad (Liberty Township, OH), was nudged 49-42 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Fairfield Indians (Fairfield, OH)
With the victory, Fairfield advances its record to 18-7 on the year. The Indians travel to Lakota West (West Chester, OH) to meet the Firebirds in a non-league battle on Sunday, March 9. The Firebirds enter the battle with a record of 20-5. Lakota West won 36-29 in their recent non-league battle against St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH)
The Thunderhawks now own a 17-8 record.
