In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Harwood Highlanders basketball team scored a close 51-48 triumph over the Hartford Hurricanes.
The Highlanders (24-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hartford (White River Junction, VT). The Hurricanes go into the non-league contest with a 20-3 record. In their last contest, Hartford nipped Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT), 68-49, in a non-league contest.
