In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting San Gabriel Matadors volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Wilson Mules.

The Matadors (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Amat beat West Covina (West Covina, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mules meet the Jefferson Democrats (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 6. Wilson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Democrats come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Torres (Los Angeles, CA).
