The Saline Hornets basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Pioneer Pioneers to 37 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Hornets now possess a 18-5 record. They play next when they travel to Dexter for a non-league game on Friday, March 7. Saline will play a Dreadnaughts team coming off a 57-30 non-league win over Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Dreadnaughts record now stands at 17-6.

With the loss, Pioneer falls to 9-12 on the campaign.
