In Wednesday's league outing, the host Anna Coyotes soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Sherman Bearcats.

The Coyotes (9-7) will now prepare for their outing against Walnut Grove (Prosper, TX). The Wildcats go into the 5A Region 2 District 9 outing with a 16-1 record. In their last outing, Walnut Grove prevailed over McKinney North (McKinney, TX), 5-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bearcats play the Denison Yellow Jackets (Denison, TX) in a 5A Region 2 District 9 outing, on Friday, March 7. Sherman will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record.
