In Wednesday's league outing, the host Bowie Bears soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Clint Lions.

The Bears (10-11) will now prepare for their outing against Riverside (El Paso, TX). The Rangers enter the 4A Region 1 District 1 outing with a 9-11 record. In their last outing, Riverside was edged by San Elizario (San Elizario, TX), 4-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Lions confront the Mountain View Lobos (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region 1 District 1 outing, on Friday, March 7. Clint will attempt to improve on its 9-12 season record. The Lobos enter the outing with a 3-18 record after their 3-1 league loss to Austin (El Paso, TX).
