Alabama High School Baseball - Austin loses to Decatur

In Thursday's non-league bout, the Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL) baseball squad the visiting Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL), by a score of 7-2.

The Red Raiders now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ardmore for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 6. Decatur will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Athens (Athens, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-5.

With the defeat, Austin drops to 6-2 on the year. The Black bears travel to West Point (Cullman, AL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 7. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 6-3. West Point lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Fairview (Cullman, AL)
