The Whitney Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Katella Knights to 2 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.

The Wildcats now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Artesia for a 605 game on Friday, March 10. Whitney will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-3.

The Knights (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Garden Grove (Garden Grove, CA). The Argonauts enter the Golden West game with a 10-2 record. In their last game, Garden Grove nipped Bellflower (Bellflower, CA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
