In Monday's league contest, the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Blythewood Bengals (Blythewood, SC), by a count of 18-2.

Coming up next, the Blue Eagles confront the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC) in a 5A Upper District 3 contest, on Thursday, March 9. Clover will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 21-0 league win over Spring Valley (Columbia, SC).

The Bengals now own a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to White Knoll for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 8. Blythewood will confront a Timberwolves squad coming off a 15-1 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, SC). The Timberwolves record now stands at 1-5.
