In Monday's league test, the host Granite Hills Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-6 victory over the Grossmont Foothillers.
The Eagles now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santana for a Grossmont test on Wednesday, March 8. Granite Hills will face a Sultans squad coming off a 18-5 league loss to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Sultans record now stands at 1-2.
In their next game, the Foothillers face the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) in a Grossmont test, on Wednesday, March 8. Grossmont will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Highlanders come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to San Diego (San Diego, CA).
