Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC), 25-12 in a league battle.

The Patriots now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jack Britt for a United 8/All American/Sandhills battle on Thursday, March 9. Pinecrest will clash with a Buccaneers squad coming off a 8-8 non-league Garner (Garner, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 1-2.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) in a United 8/All American/Sandhills battle, on Thursday, March 9. Union Pines will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Colts come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 22-4 league loss to Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC).
