Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders (Bamberg, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Whale Branch Warriors (Beaufort, SC), 16-0 in a league challenge.
The Red Raiders now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Branchville for a A Region 7 challenge on Monday, March 27.
With the loss, Whale Branch falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Bridges Prep (Beaufort, SC) to battle the Buccaneers in a A Region 7 challenge on Wednesday, March 8. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
