In Monday's non-league contest, the St. Michael Warriors (Baton Rouge, LA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Port Allen Pelicans (Port Allen, LA), by a margin of 23-4.
With the triumph, St. Michael moves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to False River (New Roads, LA) to play the Gators in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 8. The Gators come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
