The Paloma Valley Wildcats got by the visiting Poly Bears baseball team by a count of 8-7 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moreno Valley for a Ivy bout on Friday, March 8. Paloma Valley will face a Vikings team coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Norte Vista (Riverside, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-1.

Next, the Bears face the Temescal Canyon Titans (Lake Elsinore, CA) in a Ivy bout, on Friday, March 8. Poly will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Titans enter the bout with a 4-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA).
