California High School Volleyball - Wilcox can't hold off Los Altos

In Wednesday's league battle, the host Los Altos Eagles volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Wilcox Chargers.
The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA). The Vikings come into the battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Palo Alto was edged by Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Chargers clash with the Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 9. Wilcox will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Longhorns come into the battle with a 4-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Independence (San Jose, CA).
