The Encinal Jets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Hayward Farmers to 1 in the Jets league victory on Wednesday.
The Jets now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a non-league game on Thursday, March 7. Encinal will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA). The Lions record now stands at 9-1.
The Farmers (1-4) will now prepare for their game against San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo, CA). The Grizzlies enter the West Alameda County game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, San Lorenzo defeated Tennyson (Hayward, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
