In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Athens Indians (Athens, MI) basketball squad nipped the visiting Burr Oak Bobcats (Burr Oak, MI), by a margin of 41-40.
The Indians (8-13) will now prepare for their outing against Colon (Colon, MI). The Magi go into the Southern Central outing with a 21-2 record. In their last outing, Colon got by Tekonsha (Tekonsha, MI), 70-20, in a non-league outing.
