In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD) basketball squad nipped the host Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD), by a margin of 49-45.
The (21-5) will now prepare for their outing against Dulaney (Timonium, MD). The Lions enter the non-league match with a 18-3 record. In their last match, Dulaney nudged Towson (Towson, MD), 57-40, in a non-league match.
With the defeat, Linganore moves to 20-7 on the year.
